This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to direct the first and second respondents to follow the dictum of Lalitha Kumari Case in regard of conducting preliminary enquiry to register the case against the proposed accused persons by considering representation dated 9.7.2022 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted the petitioner has given a representation to the Income Tax department dated 09.07.2022 with a copy marked to the respondents, but the same has not been considered till date, hence he has filed the present petition. 4.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed consider the representation of petitioner dated 09.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
