This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the fourth respondent Panchayat Office by passing appropriate final order regarding the charge memo dated 7.3.2014 on the file of the fourth https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent herein which has been issued based on the order passed in W.A(MD)No.174 of 2014, on the file of the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai in accordance with law by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 17.1.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.S.Sathish Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Anandraj, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 3 and 4. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that final order has been passed on the charge memo, dated 7.3.2014. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the same, he can challenge the same, in the manner known to law and in accordance with law.
