RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time imposed in Crl.O.P. No. 7030 of 2019 order dated 22/05/2019 and permit the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the Judicial Magistrate Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.GOPALAMANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Ms.M.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.7030 of 2019, dated 22/05/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since he is unable to furnish sureties he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate
(Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
