Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent)Control Act, against the order dated 11/04/2019 passed by the Principal Subordinate Judge (Rent Control Appellate Authority), Madurai, in R.C.A. No.45 of 2017 confirming the order dated 24/07/2017 in R.C.O.P. No.211 of 2005 passed by the Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town.

ORDER: This petition is coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and the available records in this case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Rajaraman, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.V.Ravichandran, Advocate for the Respondents, this Court doth Order and Decree as follows:

1.That, the orders of the courts below be and hereby is confirmed and the Civil Revision Petition is Dismissed; 2.That, the Revision Petitioner herein/ Appellant/ Respondent/ Tenant be and hereby directed to vacate the premises within four months from today (i.e.29/11/2019) on condition that the revision petitioner shall file an undertaking affidavit into the Court on 05/12/2019, undertaking to vacate the premises on or before 31.03.2020;

3.That, the Revision Petitioner herein/tenant shall clear all the rental arrears which are due as on 05/12/2019 and shall continue to pay the monthly rents in time for the four months; 4.That, if any failure to observe any one of these conditions, will automatically give the landlord the permission to proceed with the execution petition and any amounts which are paid towards property tax will be adjusted from out of the arrears due and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
