The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's business of Ayurvedic Panchakaram Treatment Centre in the name and style of "Honey Ayurvedic Spa" Sivanandi Road, Kodaikanal in the light of order passed by this Court in W.P.No.24629 of 2014 batch dated 09.12.2014 etc. and the order passed in W.P(MD)Nos.8799 and 8800 of 2015 dated 05.06.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has specifically pointed out the operative portion of the order, made in W.P.No.24629 of 2014 batch dated 09.12.2014, wherein in Paragraph No.67, it has been held that the respondents shall not, as a matter of routine and without any basis, conduct any raids and interfere with the business carried on by the petitioners; but to the contrary, the respondent police have been quite often visiting the premises of the petitioner without any complaint or basis.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that there is no complaint or CSR pending against the petitioner and therefore, the respondent police have no occasion to visit the premises of the petitioner and as such, there is no harassment on the part of the respondent police to the petitioner. There is further undertaking that the respondents would not visit without any basis.
5. Recording the submission and undertaking made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (T&P) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar ar To:
