This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.08.2016 and 28.08.2016 to enroll him as a member of Tiruchirappalli District Printers Industrial Service Cooperative Society Ltd. Trichy - 8. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the second respondent and the learned counsel for the first respondent.

3.The case of the petitioner is that he is running a printing press viz., R.J.Printers situated at No.33, Krishnapuram Road, Trichy - 8 and he enrolled himself as a member of Tiruchirappalli District Printers Industrial Service Co-operative Society Ltd., Trichy - 8. While so, the third respondent has removed the petitioner from the membership of the said society. Hence, the petitioner has given representations dated 05.08.2016 and 28.08.2016 to the respondents, seeking to reenroll him as a member of the said society. Since no action has been taken by the respondents till date, the petitioner is before this Court by filing the present writ petition.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
