KEVINKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to execute the sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9037 of 2018, dated 06.06.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay of more than 20 days to execute the sureties and surrender before the trial Court by the petitioner.
