O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members based on his complaint, dated 12.06.2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 have entered into a sale agreement for selling property belonging to them and that the petitioner has paid Rs.50,00,000/- so far whereas the respondents 3 to 6 have not executed sale deed in favour of the petitioner. When the petitioner had approached the respondents 3 to 6 to execute the sale, the respondents 3 to 6 have threatened the petitioner with dire consequences. Hence, the petitioner has preferred a petition seeking for police protection.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10353 of 2019 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and it was found that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 pertains to civil dispute and thereby, the enquiry had been closed.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
