Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner's grievance is that the names of the two persons have been omitted while installing stone tablets in the compound wall of the petition mentioned temple. The petitioner seeks relief against the private parties. In a case of this nature it is not possible to grant relief in writ jurisdiction. Granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his rights in the manner known to law, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
