For Respondent : Ms.M.AnanthaDevi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.26 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 409 and 477(A) of I.P.C., in Crime No.26 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) made a submission that the allegation of misappropriation of Rs.15,00,000/- is under investigation by the respondent Police. The misappropriated amount is yet to be recovered and the earlier petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed.

4. In view of the fact that there is no change in circumstances and the investigation is essential, it is not preferable to consider the present petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
