O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent not to interfere in civil dispute based on the Petitioners' Representation, dated 07.05.2023 by following the Rule 562(2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Police Standing Order.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the order that has been passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar, in Crl.M.P.No.1376 of 2023, now enquiry is underway. Over which the above said summon has been issued to the petitioner.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that his earlier complaint has been closed, because of the civil suit in O.S.No.120 of 2022 is pending before the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar.

4. Let the petitioner appear before the second respondent and cooperate to complete the process of enquiry. 2/4

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
