ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not Known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State made a submission that petition enquiry is pending before the respondent police.

4. In the view of the above, this Court directs the respondent police to proceed with the enquiry, conclude the same and register a case, if there is a prima facie case made out or not and close the same within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
