The present Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name in the history sheet in H.S.No. 15/2020 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2026.

2. Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent on either sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
