O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation 10.3.2025 addressed to the respondents and to refund the amount paid by the petitioner for the missing period of 20 months (out of 124 months) under Contributory Pension Scheme with permissible interested within a reasonable time.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has not impleaded the Commissioner of the Government Data Centre, located at Guindy, Chennai, who is a necessary party for effectively addressing the grievance raised by the petitioner. 2/4

3. Since the petitioner has not impleaded the necessary respondent as a party, this Writ Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition by arraying the appropriate authority as a party respondent.
