ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 394 of IPC, in Crime No.497 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused person with other two accused persons snatched the chain from the defacto complainant.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side).

5.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
