ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint on 05.05.2025 and has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to take action on his complaint.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the complaint of the petitioner appears to be a civil dispute. A counter complaint has also been lodged as against the petitioner with regard to a shop. Both the complaints have been enquired by the Additional Superintendent of Police, Madurai and closed, by advising the parties to approach the civil Court.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. 06.08.2025 gns 2/4
