This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2022. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 27.05.2022. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the third respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2022 and to take suitable action on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
