..Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to dispose of the second Appeal application No.13051,13052,13053 and 13054 of 2016 filed by the petitioner dated 15.12.2016 under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act 2005, within a stipulated time a that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

Mr.K.K.Senthil, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the second appeal Nos.13051, 13052, 13053 and 13054 of 2016 filed by the petitioner on 15.12.2016, under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, within the time stipulated by this Court.

4.The grievance of the petitioner is that the said second appeals have not been considered and disposed of so far.

5. Needless to say that the petitioner having filed the second appeals on 15.12.2016, has to wait for the appellate authority to act and pass orders on the same within a reasonable time, if no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

time limit is fixed for such disposal under the said Enactment.

6. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to dispose of the second appeals filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any event, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
