ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry into the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner representation dated 31.05.2025.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that FIR in Crime No.643 of 2025 has been registered as against the petitioner and his wife by the second respondent police.
