ORDER
The petitioners have come up with the above writ petitions seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider the applications of the petitioners dated 17.06.2016 within a stipulated time.
2.According to the petitioners, they have submitted applications in Form CCPA along with necessary fee for the grant of contract carriage share auto permit which are still pending. Hence, the petitioners have come up with the above writ petitions. 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondent to consider the applications of the petitioners dated 17.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
