ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the complaint in Crime No.6 of 2019, for the offences under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002. To quash the above said complaint, the present petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in this case is over and after completion of investigation, the first respondent Police has closed the complaint as "Mistake of fact" and final report has also been filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate.

survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition and the same stands dismissed accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
