ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's patta land in Survey Nos.39/1A and 39/1B to the extent of 481⁄2 cents situated in Thidiyan Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's application to the respondent dated 01.10.2020 within the period stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Special Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 3.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that on 22.05.1976 the petitioner had purchased the land in Survey No.

39/1 from one Mookkathevar and one Periyakaruppa Thevar through registered sale deed vide Document No.850 of 1976. Thereafter, the revenue records were mutated in his name and separate patta for the subject land in Survey Nos.39/1A and 39/1B was issued vide Patta Nos.2501 and 2500 by the first respondent. The petitioner had made an application on 12.09.2014 seeking to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

W.P.(MD)No.15932 of 2020 survey his land and fix the four boundaries. Thereafter, on 16.09.2016 and on 20.08.2018 the petitioner had made applications for the very same relief by paying necessary charges and the last one is dated 01.10.2020. Since there was no response from the respondents, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.10.2020 and survey the property in the light of the judgment made in W.P.(MD)No.13465 of 2020, dated 13.10.2020, after hearing the persons those who are likely to be affected. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition, is disposed of. No costs.
