This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry on the complaint dated 22.06.2022 lodged by the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.06.2022 is available with the third respondent.

4.Recording the said submissions, the third respondent police is hereby directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.06.2022 and complete the enquiry and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt 2/4

of a copy of this order. Further, the third respondent Police is directed to receive the CD and other evidence produced by the petitioner. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
