This petition has been filed seeking to Struck Off the suit in O.S.No.392 of 2024, on the file of the learned IV Additional District Court, Tirunelveli.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would fairly submit that the first respondent/plaintiff has withdraw the suit in O.S.No.392 of 2024 on 09.07.2025.

3. In view of the above, the suit in O.S.No.392 of 2024 is strike off and the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
