ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli to expedite the trial and dispose the case in C.C.No.220 of 2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner wants to go to abroad for further studies. Therefore, he seeks to expedite the trial and dispose of C.C.No.220 of 2018. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that nine witnesses are yet to be examined and now the case is posted on 15.10.2018 for framing of charges.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion, this Court deems it fit to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli to dispose of C.C.No.220 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
