O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to initiate appropriate action under Section 133 Cr.P.C on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 29.09.2020 which had been acknowledged in C.S.R.No.430 of 2020 dated 04.10.2020 by the second respondent herein and complete the same within time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. The crux of the accusation is that there is a theft of ground water in Amaravathi River and surrounding areas by the dyeing industries. The Government had imposed various restrictions on the industries in taking water. While this being so, the industries have formed an association in the name and style of Navareddian Neerutru Pasana Sangam and had been illegally sucking out the ground water from the various survey numbers and also from Amaravathi River by 1/3

illegally constructing concrete wells. Therefore, the petitioner made a complaint dated 29.09.2020 to the second respondent against the illegal acts of the dyeing industries, which had been acknowledged in C.S.R.No.430 of 2020, dated 04.10.2020. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.09.2020 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.09.2020 will be considered within a period of four weeks. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 6.Considering the submissions made on either side, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.09.2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the result to the petitioner so that he can work out his rights in the manner known to law. 7.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
