O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to disburse the salary(Staff grant) to the teaching and non teaching staffs of the Petitioner's school for the month of December 2016 to February 2017 and for succeeding months in the light of order made in W.P(MD)No.24449 of 2016, dated 21.12.2016 and by considering the Petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 28.1.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that his representation may be considered by taking note of the decision of this Court in W.P(MD)No.24449 of 2016, dated 21.12.2016, as the minority status is restricted for a period of five years was set aside. This Court also observed that the Directorate of School Education(Hr.Sec) is not precluded from taking action, if there is any change in the status of the educational agency. 4.In view of the same, the respondents concerned is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.1.2017 and to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment to do so. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
