ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondent police to include certain offences in Crime No.211 of 2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police have investigated the case and filed closure report before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli on 27.06.2018. The copy of the RC Notice and the closure report has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner. 3.Therefore, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli and workout his remedy in accordance with law. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
