ORDER

Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent for change of patta in his name in respect of the property referred to in the Writ Petition. To that effect, he has already made a representation on 25.01.2017, which, according to the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has not been considered so far.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, I only direct the respondent to consider the above representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after hearing the rival claimants if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
