Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.ESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14104 of 2018, dated 09.08.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
