ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition nos.7(ii) and 7(v) stipulated in Crl.M.P.No.148 of 2025 on the file of the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil dated 15.05.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the condition nos.7(ii) and 7(v) imposed by the Trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.148 of 2025 dated 15.05.2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.
