The present Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second Respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2026.

2. Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent on either sides, this Writ Petition Criminal is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.04.2026, the second respondent police has registered FIR in Crime No.82 of 2026. He further submitted that a counter FIR has also been registered in Crime No.83 of 2026.
5. Since the petitioner's complaint has been taken on file and FIR has also been registered, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed.
