O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's minor daughter, by name, Priyatharshini, aged about 15 years, found missing from 22.08.2021, the petitioner has filed a complaint before the third respondent police. Since no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent Police to secure the detenue, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2.Today the 3rd respondent police secured the detenue and produced before this Court and on enquiry, she submitted that she got friendship with one Surya in Instagram, left the parental house and joined with him. Now, she wants to go with the petitioner / mother. The petitioner / mother is also present before this Court and she is willing to take the detenue.

H.C.P.(MD) No.1295 of 2021 3.Mr.S.Ravi, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police arrested the said Suriya and remanded him in judicial custody.

4.Considering the circumstances of the case, the detenue has been secured and her custody handed over to the petitioner/mother, no further adjudication is required in this matter. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
