Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the land and issue separate patta in respect of the Petitioner's land in Survey No.1102-1B to an extent of 1200 Sq. ft. situated at Perapatti Village, Annuppankulam, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering the application, dated 28.07.2016. For Petitioner : Mr.C.Bethanasamy For Respondents : Mr.C.Selvaraj Special Government Pleader.

ORDER

Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to survey the land and issue separate patta in respect of the Petitioner's land referred to in the Writ Petition. To that effect, he has already made a representation on 28.07.2016, which according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner and on the merits of the matter, I only direct the respondents to consider the above representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after hearing the rival claimants if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
