ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.(i) imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni in Cr.M.P.No.3235/2024 dt. 17.04.2024 as to 1/3

deposit a sum of Rs.900000/- in the credit of Crime No.210/2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, Police.

3. Considering the submission made by both sides, the condition No.i imposed vide order dated, 17.04.2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate in Cr.M.P.No.3235/2024 dt 17.04.2024 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,25,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Twenty Five Thousand only) to the credit of Crime Crime.No.210 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order". The other conditions if any shall remain unaltered.
