Ares) situated in Kaalan Kudiyiruppu Village, Vaidhiyalingapuram East Street, Udangudi Sub Division, Tiruchendur Taluk , Thoothukudi District by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2016 and pass necessary orders within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. No counter is filed on behalf of the respondents.

4. According to the petitioner, his representation dated 29.06.2016 addressed to the first and second respondents seeking measurement of his property and for fixing of four boundaries is pending as on date without any progress or disposal in the subject matter in issue.

Considering the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2016 is pending before the first respondent/Tahsildar, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District, without any disposal or progress, this Court, in the interest of Justice and Fair Play, at this stage, directs the first and second respondents to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 29.06.2016, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the first and second respondents are directed to pass a speaking, reasoned order on merits on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.06.2016 (of-course, after providing necessary opportunity to the petitioner and others concerned, if any, by adhering to the principles of Natural Justice in true letter and spirit), within a period of three weeks. The petitioner is also required to lend his assistance and co-operation to the respondents, so as to enable them to do the needful in the subject matter in issue.
