This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent register the case on the basis of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukottai in Crl.M.P.No.3594 of 2019 dated 06.05.2019.

It is seen that petitioner filed private complaint in Crl.M.P.No.3594 of 2019 and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai vide order dated 06.05.2019, directed the respondent to register the case and investigate the same. Even thereafter the respondent did not take any steps to register the case.

3. Consider the above facts the respondent is directed to register the case as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai vide order dated 06.05.2019 in Cr.M.P.No.3594 of 2019 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
