ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 8(c) r/w 20(b), (ii),(C) NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.1327 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is a student studying in Government ITI and he is a sports person and considering his young age, the petitioner is to be released on bail.
4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State objected the bail petition on the ground that the commercial quantity of about 38Kgs of ganja were confiscated from the accused https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.12804 of 2020 person and the investigation is in progress. Therefore, the bail petition is to be dismissed.
