This Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 29 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgment of acquittal, dated 07.03.2025 made in Crl.A.No.51 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, whereby acquitted the respondents 2 and 3 and reversed the judgment of conviction, dated 13.08.2024 made in C.C. No.33 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State and also perused the records.
3.Considering the quantum of delay and the reasons assigned, the delay of 29 days in filing the Criminal Appeal, is condoned and accordingly, this petition is allowed.
