ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 27.08.2020 passed by the respondent for recovery of amount for shortage of stock of liquor bottles in the TASMAC shop.

2. The first petitioner is working as Supervisor, the second and third petitioners are working as Salesman and the fourth and fifth petitioners are working as Assistant Salesman in TASMAC shop No.6852. During the audit, it was found some shortage of stock of liquor bottles in TASMAC shop. Therefore, the respondent, vide order dated 27.08.2020, passed an order of recovery of amount for shortage of stock of liquor bottles in the TASMAC shop. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for TASMAC submitted that pending the writ petition, the petitioner has paid the amount demanded by the respondent in the impugned order of recovery. Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the the respondent, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently,connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
