To call for the records in H.M.O.P.No.211 of 2009 dated 28.10.2015 on the file of Sub-Court, Pudukkottai which in turn confirmed in C.M.A.No.7 of 2015 dated 07.03.2017 on the file of this C.M.S.A.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Heard.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 272 days in representing the C.M.S.A(MD).SR46451 of 2017 is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall remit a sum of Rs.500/- to the 'Siddha Dispensary' attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, failing which the order shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to this court.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
