2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has has been complying with the conditions regularly and now the charge sheet has been filed.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
