ORDER

This Petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the 1st respondent, to direct the 2nd respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and to evict the 3rd respondent and his men and material from the shop No.3 situated in Survey No.308 in East Street, C.Puthur Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2024.

2. The respondents have no jurisdiction to evict any person from any premises. Hence, they have rightly rejected the petitioner's request. The prayer sought for in this petition, hence cannot be granted. The Writ Petition is dismissed.
