PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying this Court to call for the records in Crime No.43 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020 for the offence under Sections 420 , 120B, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same against this petitioner as illegal.

Mrn 2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the case was transferred to land grabbing unit and a chargesheet was filed on 14.02.2023 through online in C.N.R.No.5983 of 2023 before the Special Court for Anti Land Grabbing Case, Tirunelveli.

3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and since the chargesheet was already filed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
