The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 21.07.2016 to the respondents 1 to 3 for providing protection to conduct temple festival, which has not yet been considered by the respondents 1 to 3. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 21.07.2016 and after enquiring the interested parties, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
