Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, to direct the respondent No.2 to file final report before the competent court in the case in Crime No.263 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this court.

ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that his complaint has not been enquired, has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.263 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent within a stipulated time.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that so far they have examined 10 witnesses, a few more witnesses are yet to be examined and within two months the investigation would be completed.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate that a substantial portion of investigation is completed, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order. 17.06.2025 DSK 2/4
