A./3053/2007 dated 07.03.2008 and further direct the 3rd respondent to instruct the 5th respondent to dispose the proceedings in O.MU.O.NI. 2/5985/2013, dated 21.11.2013. [Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against the seventh respondent on the basis of representation given by the petitioner, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.
2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the sixth respondent. Considering the nature of the relief sought in the writ petition, notice need not be sent to the seventh respondent. 3.It is seen from the records that the petitioner has given a representation on 20.12.2013 in respect of certain allegations made against the seventh respondent. Further it is seen from the records that the fourth respondent has initiated legal action against the seventh respondent.
4.Considering the cumulative effect of the factual circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. 5.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the second respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 20.12.2013 alleged to have been given by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of one month.
