ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 3(1), 3(2)(a), 4(2)(a) and 5(1)(a) of I.T.P Act, in Crime No. 181 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant is that the petitioner is said to have involved in immoral activities.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is having ten previous cases.

5. Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

6. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having ten previous cases, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
