Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents to take necessary action against the unauthorized parking of autorickshaws obstructing the ingress and egress of public into Brahamasanthi Street, Panagudi Town, Tirunelveli District, in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2017. For Petitioner : Mr.P.T.Ramesh Raja For Respondents : Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, Additional Government Pleader.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to take appropriate action to prevent unauthorised parking of autorickshaws in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has advanced his argument on the basis of averments made in the writ petition.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has contended to the effect that with regard to the issue mentioned in the writ petition, a Peace Committee Meeting has been held, but no decision has been taken. 4.Further it is seen from the records that on 25.01.2017, a representation has been given and the same has not been considered by the respondents. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

5.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the respondents are directed to look into the representation dated 25.01.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of one month.
