ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.379 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.379 of 2019 and also filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil and the same has been taken of file in S.T.C.No.1 of 2021.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil is directed to complete the trial in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
